At its heart, the center is dedicated to learning, innovation, and sharing ideas. It hosts many community events, educational courses, and workshops for different generations and skill levels. 

The interior design is a modern workspace with splashes of color, giving it a more friendly and casual vibe. compared regular corporate offices. Regus is another global chain, with 3000 office spaces for rent worldwide. They have two places in Zagreb. The one we will mention is known as Regus HOTO (name of the business tower) or Regus Savska (name of the street that it’s located in). The space is top-notch, professional-looking and clean. 

The interior is modern and roomy, with big windows allowing lots of natural light inside. The minimal design does not distract, although it may be too bland and corporate-looking for some people. We know young entrepreneurs and freelancers prefer a more casual, laid back office setting. The prices are also a bit high, compared to some other great spaces. Still, it’s worth checking out.

ZICER is a 7,300 square meter space dedicated to creative work. Over 100 startups, small businesses, and freelancers are situated there. At ZICER, you can meet lots of like-minded individuals and companies striving for similar goals. The place is ideal for smaller businesses and startups. 

There are plenty of mentorship programs, workshops, and community gatherings, where you can exchange information and gain new contacts. Major entrepreneurship events take place here all year round. Joining their network means your projects and work will be exposed to plenty of inside and outside opportunities. 

The only drawback is that, unlike other coworking spaces, it’s a long way from the city center. With that in mind, the prices are definitely very competitive, and there’s a huge variety of spaces to choose from.

The InstantOffice coworking space is located on the 5th floor of the gorgeous Zagreb Tower. The space and the offer are modest, but they shouldn’t be underestimated. The interior is elegant, with wood being the primary decoration material. 

Users have access to a great kitchen and lounge area, where they can relax and socialize in between working sessions. They offer individual walk-in and dedicated desks, and daily private offices for rent. 

However, if you’re looking for an office long term, you’ll have to inquire about those. This also goes for conference and event rooms. The company also offers services such as Virtual Office spaces, Cloud servers, landline and fax numbers, etc.

The clever play on words in the name of this space can be read as “Bees Hive”:

• BIZ being short for Biznis (Business), and pronounced similar to “Bees”
• “Kosnica” meaning “Hive” when translated

The idea behind it is sharing space, knowledge, and work between freelancers, startups, entrepreneurs, and other like-minded people. Individuals or small groups will find themselves at home in BIZkoshnica. That being said, the space is limited and functions on a first-come, first-served basis, meaning it can get full. It’s definitely not recommended for larger groups. The interior is nice and colorful, and there is a full kitchen and relax room where you can take a break. The owners do go out of their way to organize social and learning events as well. The drawbacks are a lack of ergonomic furniture and corporate-like working hours.

Corner Office advertises itself as a coworking space. However, it’s really just an apartment with a setup desk and whiteboard. We could see how students working on a group project may find this place useful. It could also be used for a small, private business meeting. However, space is definitely not worth the title coworking. On top of that, we can’t find the prices listed anywhere.
